Slow performance and Page/sec
SQL Server 2012
I'm in the process of fine tuning (queries in the app/ DB configs) in order to solve the slow performance issue. The application is faster after restarting the DB server but after few hours it become slow.
Can you please give me a hint/advice looking at below Buffer counts where the issue as you think. There are no highly cost queries found.

Since things get better after a restart, you may be dealing with a parameter sniffing problem (see Why is my query suddenly slower than it was yesterday?). You could download and run the free sp_BlitzCache tool to identify the worst offenders. As it stands, this question is a bit broad and you probably won't get good answers.
