Index Optimize with PartitionLevel='N' fails on SQL Express Edition 2017
If i'm running the IndexOptimize SP with @PartitionLevel='N' the SP fails with
Error:
"Msg 4104, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
The multi-part identifier "partitions.partition_number" could not be bound."
If i set the @PartitionLevel to 'Y' that it works!
