EF diagram with records

I have a product management database.
It contains a lot of tables like categories, product, product_attributes, attributes, etc.
I don't know how a product is stored in the database.
To get a clear idea I created a sample product.
Now I want to view the sample product record in the form of a diagram. Like
Note that I don't want just EF diagram, I want the diagram with rows referring to the Sample Product.
So I am just wondering whether it is possible with any tool or I will have to create it myself.
