Convert Access '97 .mdb plus C++ executable 32 bit to SQL Server and ODBC

0

I am designer of a legacy app running Access '97 3.5 Jet .mdb plus C++ executable.
Uses CDaoDatabase structure. Only runs on 32 bit Win OS.
Will open .mdb under WOW64 but gets no further.

I need to convert this to SQL Server and ODBC so runs under WOW64.

I stress I am designer only not technical.
SW engineer is C++ adept but not DBA.
