Two postgres on same machine, dblink out of memory, hdd remains low

I have two Postgres Databases on my personal computer. One at port 5436 and one at port 5437.
Now I do a
select ... from dblink('...') as f(...) into "FILES" (...) values(f.filename, f.data)
After 20 minutes I get a
out of memory for query result (execution time: 00:23:21; total time: 00:23:21)
What is ok because i need to chunk the inserts, ok
The Problem
Even if the query has broken, the HDD space remains low.
Before
# df -h
/dev/sda1 47G 35G 10G 78% /
After
# df -h
/dev/sda1 47G 38G 6.5G 86%
