WebSync Replication over HTTPS URL between SQL Servers on Cloud and on Intranet behind Proxy

I have a SQL Server instance running on company intranet behind a web proxy server.
On cloud, I have an other SQL Server instance.
I tried to implement WebSync method using replication between these two.
Distributor is the cloud instance.
Subscriber is on intranet using pull method.
Unfortunately, I got errors indicating that the agent could not connect to the WebSync URL in form of https://IPAddress/replisapi.dll. A problem requireing to verify the URL, Internet login credentials and proxy server settings are correct and that the Web server is reachable
Web server is reachable I can call the URL without any issue.
I believe I have to provide a user which can pass web proxy but I could not find a parameter in subscription method for that settings
Could some one help me with that?
