Add PK & FK To Existing Tables

I have 10 tables that are on a SSMS database, and the person who imported the data did not add any keys (lovely, right!) - Fortunately, ID is both the PK ain the master table and FK (it has duplicates) in all subsequent table.
What would be the quickest script for me to update each of these tables to set ID as the PK in the master table and FK (it has duplicates) in all subsequent table?
