how to copy table data into different table structure in postgresql

i need to copy data from table from old database to new database, the problem is the new database have few different relation and structure with old database,



this is my tables looks like



how i can copy data from adk_card into users and profile tables, i did with simple copy but account_id foreign need to be the same value as users.id that i dont know how to handle it.



i'm sorry if my question is difficult to understand but well, i'm not even dba.



any help i'd appreciate it
